Do You Keep Any Stock Of Items?

Every single one of our orders is manufactured to order. This allows us to ensure only the highest quality and attention to detail as none of our orders are mass produced

How Long Will My Order Take?

We have a standard turnaround time of 4-6 weeks on all upholstered orders. Some highly customised orders may take slightly longer depending on the availability of fabrics and other specifically requested materials.

What Happens After I Place My Order?

Once your order has been confirmed and payment has been completed you should receive a standardised email from our system. Within the next business day, one of our consultants will contact you via call or email to confirm the order as well as the details surrounding it.

What If I Change My Mind?

Should you decide to change some of the details of your order you're welcome to discuss them with one of our consultants as soon as possible. We normally order all of the necessary materials for the order after 5 working days from the point of confirmation. Once these materials have been ordered then we unfortunately will not be able to make any changes to the order.

Should you choose to cancel the order within 3 days, we'll be happy to fully refund you.

Can I View An Item Before Making A Purchase?

You're welcome to visit us at our factory at any time to view any of the items that we may have in production at that point. We don't always have the item that you're interested in on the floor but you're welcome to go through anything and everything that we have on our factory floor or in production to set your mind at ease

Why do you use a 3rd Party Payment Processor?

We use Yoco as an online payment processor to keep both us and our customers safe. Yoco has a range of security features that they make use of within their portal that can facilitate security checks, refunds and a variety of payment types.

Does the 50% deposit apply to online orders?

We require a 50% deposit to confirm all custom orders which have customized sizes, fabrics and colours. Our online offerings have been standardized to ensure that we're able to provide you with the best prices possible and payments are therefore required in full via our 3rd party payment processor in order to be confirmed.
