Yes, all of our designs are manufactured by hand in our factory in Industria West, Roodepoort

Our service is different to your average retail store. We don’t have any standard sizes, fabrics or configurations for our designs. Everything we manufacture is customised according to the clients specifications.

This makes it a bit difficult to cover all of the options and the resulting price structures on our website. 

If you contact us with some information on the type of configuration you’re interested we’ll be able to give you an idea of what kind of price to expect.

Only after setting up an appointment and nailing down all the final size and fabric details will we be able to provide you with a formal quote.

After the initial contact and once you feel that you’re ready, we will arrange a meeting at your convenience to discuss exactly which design and sizing would best suit your needs.

We will then finalise details such as colour, fabrics and finishings before a quote is processed. Once the quote is confirmed with a 50% deposit, we will process the order into our production line.

We require a 50% deposit to confirm the order and the balance is due upon delivery in 4-5 weeks

All designs come with a 2 year workmanship warranty which covers all stitching and factory defaults. You also receive a 5 year frame warranty on the structure of your order.

We generally allow clients free reign on how they would like their design to look and feel under the guidance of our manufacturing experts.

Custom designs are treated on a case by case basis. There are certain types of furniture that we do not manufacture. 

Give us a shout and send us a picture and we’ll be happy to accomodate you.

We have exclusivity agreements and are in constant communication with the retailers that we supply. Most of the designs that we supply to our retail clients will not be shown on our website or social media pages.

The ones that are shown on our website will not be available in certain sizes, fabrics and colours.
